With these no heat hairstyles, ditch your flat irons and curling rods that damage your hair from the outside in and lead to hair fall. Minimizing the usage of heat will lead to stronger and thicker hair. Here are some hairstyles that you can achieve overnight without having to run your hair through heat protectants and serums to protect them from heat.
- Boxer braid curls
Start off with damp hair. You can either wait 30 minutes after you get out of the shower or you can get a spray bottle to spritz on your hair to achieve damp hair. Next part your hair wherever you are comfortable. Once you get it parted secure one side to keep it out of the way. The next step is to simply french braid your hair. Take small sections of hair for tighter curls and big sections for looser curls. Leave the braids on for a couple of hours and then you can remove them. Flip your hair upside down and tassel them a little bit to give them volume.

- French braided side bun
This hairstyle is perfect for those days when you want your hair up and out of your face. Start off by creating a very deep side part and then take a section on top of your head and split that in three separate sections, braid it normal a few times and then start french braiding it. Tie it off once you’re done with it. Next go ahead and bring all your hair to one side to a low ponytail and twist all your hair into a messy side bun.

- Braided up-do
Create a side part and put the rest of your hair in a half up-do. With the remaining hair at the front take a tiny section and start making a french braid. Secure the braid behind your hair with a bobby pin and spray your hair with a hairspray to smooth pieces of your hair that tend to stick up.
- Braid with a twist
Take a section of hair from behind your ear, braid it and secure it with an elastic. Do the same to the other side. After separating your hair in two sections braid each side into another normal braid. This gives your braid a lot of texture with the tiny braid inside of it. For even more texture pull the braid apart to make it look bigger and thicker.
