Daily Devotional – Come As You Are

Daily Devotional

Our scripture for the Daily Devotional today is taken from Matthew 11: 25-30. God has beckoned you to His throne. Jesus came as the physician for the broken, sinners, and those needing rescuing. Come as heaven has what is needed for the reprise from the earth.

At that time Jesus said, “I praise you, Father, Lord of heaven and earth, because you have hidden these things from the wise and learned, and revealed them to little children. 26 Yes, Father, for this is what you were pleased to do. 27 “All things have been committed to me by my Father. No one knows the Son except the Father, and no one knows the Father except the Son and those to whom the Son chooses to reveal him.

28 Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. 29 Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls. 30 For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

Come sit at the throne

Heaven has the cure for your sorrows, burdens, and shame. Come to the creator of this world if you need restructuring. He created you to start with, and He is able to recreate you, whole.

No matter your previous situations, whether you have turned your back on God or totally disregarded Him, He will lift up your eyes. Gaze upon God today, your savior, and redeemer.

Bring to God your burdens, as you are for God to restore you to His original plan. Come as you are, surrendering your life humbly. Get personal with God, face to face. God loved you enough to have Jesus die on the cross for you!

Let’s Pray

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you, God, that You are my creator. You created me perfectly, and are able to reconstruct and rebuild your perfect creation. Take me as I am, I surrender it all to You today!

In Jesus Name,

Amen
