This recipe requires only a handful of ingredients. You can also make some changes to give it your favorite flavors. You need 60 minutes to make this sauce.

Ingredients

  • White truffle oil: ¼ cup
  • Minced shallot: 1 tbsp
  • Dry white wine: 1 cup
  • Room temperature butter: ½ pound
  • Chopped garlic: 1 tsp
  • White pepper and salt to taste
  • Heavy whipping cream: ½ cup

Procedure

  • Add truffle oil and butter in a mixing bowl and stir well.
  • Roll up butter in a piece of plastic wrap and firm up it in the refrigerator.
  • When butter is firmed up, add garlic, white wine, and shallots to a large saucepan. Put it on medium-high heat.
  • Add white pepper and salt to taste.
  • Bring it to boil.
  • After cooking for 3 minutes, add cream and stir. 
  • After cooking for 1 more minute, cut butter into pieces 1 inch each.
  • Turn heat to medium-low.
  • Whisk one piece at a time into a mixture.
  • Cook after turning heat to low until slightly thickened.
  • Now your sauce is ready.

truffle sauceCreamy Truffle Sauce

This recipe allows you to upgrade your basic sauce. Although it is not a very complicated recipe, you can make the best truffle sauce. This recipe keeps creaminess and acidity balance. This balance does not let the taste of truffle oil overpower the sauce. However, you will get truffle oil taste. You need 20 minutes to make this sauce. 

Ingredients

  • Canola oil: 4 cups
  • Egg yolks (room temperature): 5
  • Juiced lemon: 1-½
  • Salt: 1-¼
  • Black pepper: ½ tbsp
  • White truffle oil: 2oz

Procedure

  • Take a small bowl and whisk egg yolks and 1 tbsp water.
  • Whisk to emulsify canola into egg yolks.
  • Slowly add and whisk ½ cup of lukewarm water into the mixture and thin out with lemon juice as needed.
  • After the sauce is creamy and thick to your preference, whisp in black pepper, salt, and truffle oil.
  • You can add more lukewarm water to thin the sauce.
  • Adjust the taste with black pepper and salt.
  • Enjoy your sauce.

Alfredo Truffle Oil Sauce

Ingredients

  • Heavy whipping cream: 1 cup
  • Unsalted butter: ½ stick
  • Fresh grated parmesan: 5oz.
  • White truffle oil: 2 tsp
  • Shaved black truffles: optional

Procedure

  • Add butter and cream to a large skillet.
  • Put it over medium-high heat.
  • Bring to boil while stirring occasionally.
  • Stir in truffle oil and parmesan cheese after removing from heat.
  • Season with black pepper and salt.
  • Whisk until creamy and smooth.
  • Stir in black truffle if you like. This step is optional.

Truffle oil Aioli

This is a thinner sauce for dishes other than pasta. You can serve it with snacks, fresh veggies, French fries and more. This sauce is a thinner but delicious sauce. You can use it for salad dressing as well.

Ingredients

  • Garlic: 3 cloves
  • Juiced lemon: ½
  • Salt: ½
  • Olive oil: 1 cup
  • Egg yolks separated: 2
  • White truffle oil: 3 tbsp

Procedure

  • Add salt, garlic, lemon juice, and egg yolks to a food processor.
  • Cover it tightly.
  • A process on medium or low heat until the mixture is smooth and garlic becomes minced.
  • Remove from heat and scrape sides.
  • A process on low again after covering it tightly.
  • While the mixture processes, drizzle in olive and truffle oil.
  • Continue to thin to your preference.
  • Season with pepper and salt.
  • Enjoy.
