It happens all the time when we get a Real Food Revival going on. People start losing weight, increasing energy and reversing all kinds of chronic health conditions.

Our bodies are crying out for real food, as close to the way God created it as possible, and we are settling for poor substitutes like processed food, inflammatory oils, and blood-sugar spiking junk food.

Diets don’t work, I’ll tell you what does!

Most of us have tried to diet the conventional way in the past. We have gone on diets, counted calories, starved ourselves, and been miserable.

Maybe you lost some weight on a diet but if you are like over 90% of people who go on diets, one year later you have gained all the weight back plus another 5 pounds.

Our bodies need nutrients from real food like vegetables, fruit, seeds, nuts, meat, fish, eggs and dairy. The kind of food our bodies require has been grown without the addition of pesticides, fungicides, herbicides, and hormones. The animal foods we enjoy come from animals raised naturally, foraging, grazing and pecking outside or swimming wild in clean waters. Real food does not come in packages with ingredient lists a mile long rife with artificial ingredients and chemicals.

I am a holistic nutrition educator and I recently changed that ho-hum title to “The Real Food Revivalist” because it reflects the passion that is burning in me to share this information with anyone who will listen!
