At Aquariva, Chef Andy has created an Italian-inspired menu using the finest, hand-selected Northwest ingredients. The restaurant’s concept is to present each guest with a sampling of the chef’s cuisine by offering many of the menu items in small plate form, where sharing and contemplation are encouraged.
