Our scripture for the Daily Devotional today is taken from 1 Kings 8: 56-61. Our God is higher than any other and is with us no matter where we stand. For our God and Father created the world and holds the universes in the palm of His hands!
“Praise be to the Lord, who has given rest to his people Israel just as he promised. Not one word has failed of all the good promises he gave through his servant Moses. 57 May the Lord our God be with us as he was with our ancestors; may he never leave us nor forsake us. 58 May he turn our hearts to him, to walk in obedience to him and keep the commands, decrees and laws he gave our ancestors. 59 And may these words of mine, which I have prayed before the Lord, be near to the Lord our God day and night, that he may uphold the cause of his servant and the cause of his people Israel according to each day’s need, 60 so that all the peoples of the earth may know that the Lord is God and that there is no other. 61 And may your hearts be fully committed to the Lord our God, to live by his decrees and obey his commands, as at this time.”
If God is for us, then move on out the way
The first recorded miracle of Jesus was the transformation of water into wine. Jesus went on to show His love and compassion for His creation with many other miracles. When people came before Him in faith and desperation, He could not but intervene in the situation. There is none like Jesus!

Jesus went to the cross to pay the ultimate price for our salvation. His blood flowed from His veins and as it filled His lungs, He died an excruciating death for each person to ever be created. Placing us all on equal land before the cross with a simple choice. We either choose to accept His love and sacrifice or not. There is none greater than Jesus!
The grave could not hold Jesus! He conquered death and rose. The final battle was done and dusted. Jesus had not only transformed distorted bodies, rebuked demons but now not even death could stop God or us. Jesus is for us!
Let’s Pray
Dear Heavenly Father,
Thank you God, that You have overcome so many boundaries and obstacles. You are truly greater than anything and everything that You have created. I choose to trust You today, the one able to conquer all things, for the things in my life.
