Our scripture for the Daily Devotional today is taken from Psalms 9:7-14. I will give thanks to you, Lord, with all my heart I will tell of all your wonderful deeds. I will be glad and rejoice in you the Most High!
“The Lord reigns forever;
he has established his throne for judgment.
8 He rules the world in righteousness
and judges the peoples with equity.
9 The Lord is a refuge for the oppressed,
a stronghold in times of trouble.
10 Those who know your name trust in you,
for you, Lord, have never forsaken those who seek you.
11 Sing the praises of the Lord, enthroned in Zion;
proclaim among the nations what he has done.
12 For he who avenges blood remembers;
he does not ignore the cries of the afflicted.

13 Lord, see how my enemies persecute me!
Have mercy and lift me up from the gates of death,

Join me and let us sing praises to our Lord
David delighted and was excited when he was called to the temple to sing praises and worship God Almighty. I am rewarded with joy following the anticipation of the time when I get to enter the presence of God. Hosanna, hosanna to the King and ruler of all the world.
I will sing praises to my God for He is my refuge and rescue. When all around me seems to be falling and crumbling, I know that I am safe on the rock of Jesus.
I will raise my voice and testify of the miracles that I have seen performed in my life. As my protector, Jesus has protected me from things that I have never known about.
Let us take time today to praise and exalt the name of the Lord on high. Raise the name of Jesus in the eyes of all those around you today and every day!
