Bursitis

Bursas are fluid filled sacks that are located throughout the body to cushion joints and reduce friction between tissues in the body. Bursitis is when the bursas become inflamed and cause pain when joints are moved.

Cubital Tunnel Syndrome

Inside the elbow, there is a stretch of muscle ligament and bone that is called the cubital tunnel. If the nerve inside this tunnel becomes injured, it leads to inflammation, swelling, and irritation, which is known as cubital tunnel syndrome.

Lateral Epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow)

Tennis elbow is typically swelling of the tendons that are used to bend your wrist backward away from your palm. The tendons often become irritated because of trauma to the elbow or repeated stress on the tendons in the elbow.

Medial Epicondylitis (Golfer or Baseball Elbow)

Like tennis elbow, medial epicondylitis is pain in your arm, but this time it is on the inside of the forearm. The problem here is caused by damage to the tendons that bend the wrist towards the palm.

Fibromyalgia

Fibromyalgia is a chronic condition that causes pain in muscles and soft tissue all over the body. The pain can vary throughout the day and often affects areas like the neck, shoulder, back, chest, hips, butt, arms, and legs. There is no cure for fibromyalgia, but there are treatments to help manage the symptoms.

Carpal Tunnel

There is a space under the carpal ligament in your wrist that is known as the carpal tunnel. The median nerve passes through this tunnel and if the hand is resting the wrong way it can compress the nerve causing the condition known as carpal tunnel.

Kyphosis

Kyphosis is an issue with the spine. Where most spines appear straight from behind, a spine that has been affected by kyphosis will look abnormal and rounded. There are different types of kyphosis depending on the severity of the curve.

Osteoporosis

Your body is always working to keep your bones strong and new, but when the bones start to degrade faster than they can be replenished your bones become weak. This disease is known as osteoporosis.

Scoliosis

The spine is designed to lay straight when looked at from behind. When a spine is affected by scoliosis it curves like an S when viewed from behind. Usually, the condition is noticed during childhood and the best results occur when it is treated at a young age.
