People who live together often fight over who caused and who will clean up a mess or whose fault it is when they can’t find something that they are looking for. Even if you live alone, disorganization can cause conflict because you are often fighting with yourself over your many competing goals, tasks and errands.

3) It drains your energy levels: If you are disorganized, you spend a lot of time thinking about the various things you have to do and wondering how you can possibly accomplish it all. Sometimes, just the thought of a staggering amount of tasks can lead to procrastination. Without organization, you begin to feel exhausted when you consider the many competing claims on your precious time. This can lead to a decrease in your energy, which only makes the problem worse.
