    1. Thanks Kim for your comments. I will have Jennifer Blaine, who wrote the article and is our Fitness Coach follow-up with you. She has extensive background in nutrition and may have some suggestions. But we are all unique and it’s important to figure out what works best for us. We added disclaimer to our Diet & Fitness page that states it’s important to check with a medical professional when trying to decide on special diet like a fast or detox, especially if you have any medical conditions or diet limitations. My belief is that we have to use caution when considering a restrictive diet like a detox. I’m not a big fan of real restictive diets unless it’s for a very short period of time, 2-3 days.
