Not ready for your summer to end? I always have that gulp every Labor Day weekend where it hits me that my summer is over. If you like me love summer backyard barbecues, longer days, and boost of Vitamin D, saying good bye to summer vibes can be really hard.

Thanks to equator-hugging countries and Southern Hemisphere hotspots, travelers can extend the warm weather for a few more sun-soaked months. Whether you’re after a relaxed beach getaway or a cultured city escape, there are plenty of places to go that will help stave off the winter chill just a bit longer.

From Southern Europe to Florida, check out our favorite spots where you can extend your summer.

The beaches are beautiful with great surf and surfing opportunities, but as a vacation spot the options are endless.
