Glycolic acid products have been used for years to improve skin texture, and provide a younger appearance. The cost can be expensive, so most women limit their use to the face. Recently glycolic lotions for the body have become more available at relatively reasonable costs.

The trick is to find a higher solution of at least 10%. It should also be one of the first named ingredients on the bottle. Glycolix has a 15% body lotion that can be purchased for under $20. When used you will feel the tingle of the glycolic; which is what you want.  It is easy to apply since it is not thick in texture. Glycolix is not sticky and can be used in small amounts to make it last a bit longer.

One pump is enough to cover each leg. To economize try using the lotion on legs, arms and chest only. After all, this is the skin that shows. It will take a few months before you will see the improvement, however you will notice a new smoothness to your skin due to its natural exfoliation properties. You can order the product on line at sites such as The Derm Store.
