Flu Remedy

Ingredients:

  • Juice of 6 Lemons
  • 1 bulb Garlic (yes, the whole head)
  • 1 inch thick slice of fresh Ginger
  • 2 T.Honey
  • 3 cups Pineapple juice (no sugar added)
  • 1/4 tsp. Cayenne pepper

Directions:

Blend all together and drink 1 cup 4 times a day until symptoms are gone.
