I will never forget my first day years ago, working with a trainer (she was teaching me the ropes) at a Baby Buggy Boot camp class. I won’t forget because the first exercise she wanted the moms to do was jumping jacks. Having had a baby, knee surgery, and big breasts, I don’t do jumping jacks.
Fortunately, I had a quick modification for the moms who looked panicked.
There are many reasons why I came up with cardio variations for Women Who Don’t Jump. Some of those reasons are:
Jumping for many women, for various reasons can be just plain uncomfortable. Fortunately, my personal experience and working with women of all sizes, ages, and life experiences led to various modifications and thus, this quick Fat Blasting Cardio Routine. You may follow along with the video.
Fat Blasting Cardio Routine – Without Jumping A
Perform each exercise for 30 seconds, rest 30 seconds, and then go right in to the next exercise completing an entire circuit. Repeat the circuit 2-4x
1. Over Under (30 seconds each leg)
2. Mountain Climb X-Over
3. Marching In Place
4. Bicycle Crunch
