Daily Devotional – 12 Promises We Have in Him

Daily Devotional

We have collected 12 scriptures for the Daily Devotional today as we share 12 wonderful promises that we have received from Jesus.

We have all these tremendous promises from God because we have accepted Jesus as Lord. We have confessed our sins and turned away from our old way of living.  We believe that Jesus died, was buried, and was resurrected on the third day. We believe that he sits at the right hand of God, the Father.

When we accept Jesus as Savior and Lord, we accept His leadership in our lives. This is the point of which we begin to walk in the blessings of the Lord. As believers in Jesus Christ, we have promises that we can stand on and rest in.

  1. In Him, we have been sealed or marked with the Holy Spirit.

Ephesians 1:13-14

And in Him, having heard and believed the word of truth— the gospel of your salvation— you were sealed with the promised Holy Spirit, who is the pledge of our inheritance until the redemption of those who are God’s possession, to the praise of His glory.

  1. In Him, we have gained access to the throne.

Ephesians 3:11

This was in accordance with the eternal purpose that he has carried out in Christ Jesus our Lord, in whom we have access to God in Boldness and confidence through faith in him.

Let’s Pray

Dear Heavenly Father,

Thank you for creating me in Your image. You have given me so many promises, to which I am so grateful. Please help me by Your spirit to remain in You and stand on You, my rock!

In Jesus’ name, Amen
