Be Childlike and Play!

By Joy Silha –

My intention for 2012 is to “Be Childlike and Play!” It sort of came to me. I was creating a vision board for the year and noticed that I had a lot of childlike pictures and playful images.

This showed me that I needed to create lightness, play, and a greater sense of fun. (This is one of the advantages of creating a vision board that represents your unconscious desires – it tells you things you don’t know about yourself).

I’m writing a book, working with a “green” horse (untrained, not ecological) and continuing to engage in my coaching and leadership business. I don’t want to approach these things with a narrow focus or my chin out, running forward.

I’m staying open to the world, playing with my horse, and helping others find this sense of lightness and play in their lives. I know my horse will remind me of this every single day.

So, pick a word or phrase that best describes your intention and post it where you can see it. You’ll be surprised how it infiltrates and permeates your life and your spirit… Meditate on it, hold it lightly and let it come.

Make it a good year! What is your intention (word or phrase) for the New Year?
