Whether you need a quick dinner or a casual meal to watch football, this easy pizza will quickly become a favorite. Next time you grill chicken, add extra chicken breasts to the pit for tomorrow’s dinner – Barbecue Chicken Pizza. This scrumptious pizza is easy to throw together – for nutrition bonus add any extra veggies you have around! And, if you’re short on time, Rotisserie chicken works great.

I prefer the thin pre-bought crust, but check your store for a variety of pizza crusts. These pizzas freeze well so sometimes I purchase the miniature crusts, make the pizzas and freeze to pull out for a quick meal on a hectic day. It pays to be prepared and who isn’t every in the mood for pizza?
