Q: How Do I Get Rid Of My Belly Roll?
A: You will slim down your waist with your diet. Abdominal exercises alone will not do this for you.
1. Eat a portion size of protein, veggies, and healthy fat at each meal
2. Be sure to eat your meals above every 2-3 hours throughout your day
3. Drink half your body weight in ounces of water each day
4. Eliminate starchy carbohydrates (pasta & bread) at the end of the day (say 3pm on).
5. Exercise your whole body (not just your abdominals) at least 5x each week
There is a big difference between the way starchy carbohydrates (pasta & bread) and fibrous carbohydrates (fruit & vegetables) affect belly fat.
I guarantee that if you follow these 5 tips (without trying to figure ways around them), you will notice a reduction in your “belly roll” in just a few days.
