Be sure to watch the video demos before beginning the workout below. Complete the following circuit 2 x’s which = 4 minutes. This workout is designed to continue burning fat for up to 24 hours. I’ve also included an additional 4 minute workout if you’re feeling up for a challenge. Be sure to rest 2 minutes before beginning the second workout. Grab a workout partner to time your intervals or check out our favorite interval time, the GymBoss.   • Seal Jumps – 20 seconds

  • Push-ups – 20 seconds (chose from push-ups for all fitness levels, see video below)
  • Rest – 10 seconds

Sissors – 20 seconds
