What Would You Do With $100 Change?

By Natalie Sisson –

When you look back on your entrepreneurial journey, do you ever wonder what you would do differently if you could start all over again?

What if someone handed you $100 change and said “Take this and invest it in yourself or a new idea or initiative”.

How would you spend that money? What would be the first thing you’d put it towards to make the most of it?

I was at the World Domination Summit in July when the organizer of this amazing event, Chris Guillebeau, gave every single attendee $100 back at the end of the.

He asked us to do something with it – either spend it on something fun, invest in someone else, start something (it’s based off his book the $100 Startup).

I figured why not see if I can do way better than that by investing in hundreds of others.

That’s what the $100 Change initiative is all about.

I want to take that $100 and invest it in not just one person but hundreds. I want to see if I can make it a $100K investment and give it all back to entrepreneurs who could do with a boost for their business.

What’s the Project

$100 Change is a project about investing in others by seeing how we can turn $100 change into 100 days of change and inspiration for hundreds of entrepreneurs wanting to fulfill their dreams and build a business they love.

Anyone who invests in $100 change by signing up to receive 100 days of wisdom from 100 change makers is eligible to then apply to win one of 10 scholarships to go towards their dream project.

Voting will be done by the 100 changemakers and the prizes will be awarded in 10 days after the 100 days of change.

This initiative is launching in September and you can find out more details and join the movement here: http://suitcaseentrepreneur.com/change100

Spread the word to anyone you know who has a dream or idea they’ve always wanted to start. This initiative is designed to ensure they take action and make it happen.

If you want to get involved and write about this, do an interview, recommend change makers then please contact Natalie here or start the conversation on Twitter @suitcasepreneur
